What is a provisional coverage?

Provisional coverage is a temporary coverage for your car and allows you to use the car while your application is being processed. When you receive the insurance card, your application is completed.

Please note that provisional coverage does not apply to pick-ups. Pick-ups are only covered when the official insurance policy is delivered.

Can I pay my premium in installments?

Yes. You can choose to pay your premiums per month or per year.

When is the payment deadline?

BSure collects the premium on the 28th of each month. Our payment process goes automatically, therefore it's not possible to change the collection date. We advise you to always have sufficient funds in your account so we can collect on the 28th. If the premium cannot be collected you will not be insured.

What happens if I do not pay the premium of my car insurance on time?

If the premium for your car insurance is not or not fully paid, the coverage of your insurance is withdrawn, and your car is not insured. As our payment process collects automatically on the 28th of the month, we advise you to have sufficient funds on your current account to avoid to additional charges or cancellation of your car insurance.

What is the deductible for your car insurance?

The deductible for your car insurance is the portion of the damage that you have to pay yourself. The deductible applies only to damage to your own car, not to damage you cause to others.
